6AM - 9AM weeknight and 5PM - 9PM and Saturdays - Rates at 1.5 factor
9PM - 6AM and Sundays - Rates at 2x factor
AFTER HOURS:
Contract Customers or those with On-site Warranty can have an engineer on standby for $5.50 hr. Contract Customers after hours service are charged only a minimum of 2hrs with the above factors & reduced rates. Non-Contract customers are charged $11 hr for after hours standby. Non-Contract Customer after hours service are charged a minimum of 4hrs hours with the above factors & full rates.
CHARGES:
Phone Support, Travel & Hourly Labour is in 15 min increments. . Contract Customers have 1st call on resources and receive priority over non contract customers. Regional factors of x1.3 greater than 120km and x1.5 for remote sites greater than 300km from a Websys depot apply.
PRE PAID:
Contract Customers who purchase pre-paid hours receive additional 10% discount. Out of hours reduce at above factors.
