Webster Computer is accepting resumes for Administrator/Field Support Traineeships in its Brisbane office.
Initial training is given in general administration and internal duties including sales & contract entry, invoicing, shipping, returns procedures, workshop builds, repairs, service call logging and scheduling. After mastering these disciplines you will then be introduced to on-site field service with direct customer exposure. Webster uses a replicated SQL/Access database between its Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices. Any rudimentary knowledge of Microsoft Server products, Networking architecture, IP Telephony and Red Hat/Unix would be viewed well.

A manual driver’s licence is required.

The wage structure will fall under the Federal Traineeship Award in IT with wages set dependant on age and skill level.
The position would suit someone who has recently completed year 12 and is looking for a career in IT.It is envisaged that you will be studying TAFE part time Cert III/IV while under the traineeship.
